Both of the company's funding rounds are classified as seed money.

Launch Capital, Riverpark Ventures and Hub Angels were the leaders on the round. Also participating were prior investors Kepha Partners and MassVentures.
“We were impressed with traction the team was able to generate after the first seed round and are excited to continue to support their growth and product expansion,” said Eric Hjerpe, a member of Kepha Partners, in the blog post.
ClearGov provides graphics on local government and school district finances with a goal of making them easy to read in order to help promote transparency.
