“If you look at language and image recognition capabilities historically, over time, they’ve always been subpar to human performance,” said Government TechnologyChief Innovation and Strategy Officer Dustin Haisler.
But in recent years, that tipping point has been reached and surpassed. Generative technologies are now able to train themselves and provide hypercontextualized experiences that are specific to the user, using natural language.
“I think this provides a really unique opportunity to also streamline the government experience,” he added.
