According to a news release last month, the platform has catalogued data on products and services of more than 950 ed-tech companies including user reviews, features, and which institutions are using them. The search function also features an interactive map and searchable database to find institutions that meet specific criteria, such as student population size and institution type, intended to offer users an up-to-date snapshot of technological infrastructure at colleges and universities across the U.S.
EdTech Connect founder Jeff Dillon said this information can help educators, IT managers and administrators make data-driven decisions when it comes to adopting digital learning and ed-tech tools.
