2017 Domestic Terrorism — Infograph

Terrorism has many different faces.

See below for information that was collected from open sources. As you will see, terrorism has many different faces. It was about 20 years ago that we were most concerned here in Washington state with white hate groups that had made the Northwest their home base.

"In 2017, domestic terrorists were responsible for a total of 45 attacks, disrupted plots, threats of violence, and instances of weapons stockpiling, including four incidents in New Jersey. NJOHSP [New Jersey Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness] defines domestic terrorism as violence committed by individuals or groups—including race-based, single-issue, anti-government, and religious extremist ideologies—associated primarily with US-based movements."

The one prominent photo on the infograph reminds me of what someone said recently, "The 'I can't get a job' tattoo is a facial one." The particular message in the one above is detestable and will follow this individual to the grave.
