"Learn to obey before you command." Solon Many times it appears to me that everyone wants to be in charge. What we need sometimes is fewer "would be" leaders and some valiant followers who:
• Do what they are told
• Contribute however they can
• Offer their candid opinions
• Execute on the directions given even if they don't agree with them
• Work friendly with others on the team and outside of the team
• Aspire to be a leader, but first know they need to be good followers
