Red Flag Warning for Southern California

A reminder about our changing climate.

I noted yesterday that there is a Red Flag Warning for Southern California.

It is an example of the 365-day fire season in California. To think that you can have a red flag warning in January is example of how far we have gone down the climate change road. If we could go back 15-20 years and tell firefighters that there would be red flag warnings in January — I don't think they would have believed it.

We need to be thinking climate adaptation!
