The county will add CentralSquare Technologies’ Public Safety Enterprise Suite to its existing CentralSquare phone-based 911 system for precise location tracking to build an end-to-end solution that will include computer-aided dispatch, records management, mobile and jail services in the cloud, as well as an expanded data storage and processing capability. The system is also expected to enhance cybersecurity measures.
“CentralSquare’s Public Safety Enterprise Suite sets the standard for innovative technology solutions, seamlessly integrating with our systems and proving its quality, reliability, and ease of use in stressful situations,” Sherri Maxfield, director of Bradley County 911, said in a statement.
“We are excited to be among the first to adopt this cloud-based solution as we truly believe it will be the future of reliability for all agencies and better evolve with our needs,” Maxfield said.
The deployment of cloud technology sets up the Bradley County 911 center for future innovation, scalability and adaptability.
