Despite the fact that women represent more than 50 percent of the U.S. population, only 8 percent of gov tech companies are female-founded or female-led.

With the aim of energizing a new class of "kick-ass" female CEOs in the gov tech space, e.Republic President and CEO Cathilea Robinett has assembled a group of women to tell their stories, discuss best practices and share actionable tips to inspire and mentor the next generation of female entrepreneurs.

Joining Cathilea on this episode of ICYMI are Chelsea Collier, founder of Digi.City; Catherine Geanuracos, former CEO and co-founder of CityGrows; and Sophia Zheng, founder and CEO of Bludot.
