(TNS) — Verizon is outfitting every student and teacher at five
Richmond County schools with the use of Chromebooks and 30 GB 4G LTE data plans for up to four years.

A.R. Johnson Magnet School,
Hephzibah Middle School,
Langford Middle School,
Spirit Creek Middle School and
Tutt Middle School will be joining Verizon Innovative Learning, the company's education initiative to address barriers to digital inclusion. This amounts to nearly 3,000 students and 175 teachers receiving technology.

The five schools are among 148 joining Verizon Innovative Learning, bringing the program to more than 400 middle and high schools nationwide and to the
Augusta area for the first time.
"As we are all aware, so many students across the nation are in need of access to technology and the skills needed to be successful in our digital world," said Verizon state government affairs manager
