Energy Catalyzer. Specifically, it's a type of cold fusion technology purportedly developed by Italian inventor Andrea Rossi. Rossi has set October 28th as the date he'll demonstrate the technology to the world - which, if the E-Cat really works, will fundamentally change forever.
