Where do ISPs rank with Americans for customer satisfaction?
Answer: Dead last.
The American Customer Satisfaction Index has released its Telecommunications Study for 2021-2022, and overall, people appear less than satisfied with their Internet service providers (ISPs).
Of 45 industries surveyed, ISPs ranked 45th in customer satisfaction. On a scale of zero to 100, the industry received a rating of 64, two points behind next-to-last finisher subscription TV services. That’s a 1.5 percent drop from its rating the previous year.
